A fun outdoor venue, sophisticated menu, and great service make Wall Street an easy downtown dining go-to.Roanoker Magazine
Maybe we’re too close to Christmas, but our excitement about the multiple awards Wall Street Tavern won in the Roanoker Magazine has risen to the level of the old man in A Christmas Story. But it’s not just a fragile (Italian) leg lamp. Wall Street Tavern won the Platinum Award for Best Brunch Drinks, The Silver Award for Top Chef, The Silver Award for Best Appetizers & Small Plates, and the Silver Award for Best Live Entertainment.
For a restaurant named simply for the street on which it stands, Wall Street Tavern is anything but plain.Roanoker Magazine
Taking a look at some of the social media pictures from Wall Street Tavern I think you can see that there isn’t anything plain about the Tavern.
The Roanoker Magazine also produced a feature article about Wall Street Tavern. You can read the whole thing on the digital version of the magazine linked here. The article will give you the back story of the restaurant from it’s start several years ago to now.
So, to the Wall Street Tavern staff, ownership, and everyone who supports that restaurant…congrats! The Market Building Foundation is very pleased to see another restaurant succeed inside the building.
I also edited the cover of the Roanoker for the top of this post (obviously)…I wanted to present it here unedited. That is a shot of Wall Street Tavern’s Pan-Seared Mahi Mahi.
