The management of the City Market Building is excited to announce its newest tenant. Blue Ridge Burrito plans to open in mid May. The Roanoke Times reports “The burrito shop will serve traditional burritos but also will offer fusion burritos with ingredients such as fried chicken, red chili sauce and green beans. Many of the ingredients will be made in-house, including special sauces and chorizo.”
Blue Ridge Burrito is the creation of Matthew Diamond. The shop will occupy the space left open when New York Subs closed in August of 2016. The menu and more information will be posted soon. In the meantime click the link below for the Roanoke Times article.
